Présentation

The Integral P range, mostly used in quarries, is based on more than 35 years of experience and know-how.

Description

All of the devices Py ranges in: a vibrating feeder, an apron feeder, a vibrating grizzly, a roller grizzly, an impact or jaw crusher, a screen and various automatisms are incorporated into this machine.


The Integral P is equipped with:
• a feed hopper with retractable side extensions,
• a variable-capacity vibrating grizzly feeder,
• an incorporated waste belt extractor,
• an impact crusher (type 132) with hydraulic opening
• four 130 mm thick reversible hammers,
• two adjustable breaker plates,
• an electric motor (power: 200 kW) and an electronic starter,
• a rubble belt extractor (retractable for transport),
• several possible options such as an electronic weighing machine, a dust control system, a radio control…

Use

Why choosing a tracked crushing plant?
Because this machine has a great autonomy (when working or transported) thanks to a powerful generator set.

What the Integral P is used for?
a) For producing basic road materials (subcontracting construction materials, roads, highways…)
b) For quarrying.
